Our continuous investment in staff development & training highlights our commitment to up-skill our team. We firmly believe that doing this early & constantly is the only way to ensure we are prepared & ready when growth & large scale opportunities present themselves.

We continue to develop our own in-house training program with a mix of on the job training, targeted areas, product updates and specific brand related training as well as various regulatory training requirements. To provide cover throughout the business we cross train our team to help understand each other’s roles.  This approach has helped our staff understand the value and role that each person plays within the business improving productivity communication and providing opportunities to progress within the company.
